Marine Civilian Development Program Application Instructions

Before you start

You will need the following information to complete your application:

  • Addresses for the past five years
  • Military assignments
  • Civilian and military schools
  • Military awards
  • Volunteer work / extracurricular activities
  • Commander's or Sergeant Major's name, e-mail address and phone number

Ready to begin?

If you have the required information and are ready to complete the application, select Start New Application. If you cannot complete the application in one session, you can resume your work by logging in with your e-mail address and your password. You should thoroughly complete each section of the application before selecting “Save and proceed” because you will not be able to return to previously completed pages.
